In a preliminary discussion between coach and coachee, the goals of the coaching are agreed. The coachee also gains an impression of the coach’s working style.
Within a jointly determined timeframe and at defined intervals, work is done on the coachee’s topics. In addition to self-reflection, the development of concrete options for action is a key part of the coaching.
A final discussion concludes the coaching.
